Hi My Friends,
Happy Easter to everyone and new beginning for me. My trainer sent me this site and I''m still feeling my away around it. I'm 73 and my first goal is 20 pounds. Any suggestions on a food plan? I use to go to weight watchers and follow the simply feeling program. Think I did my best with that one over my dieting yo yo's. I'm pretty active and joined the gym to help with "getting older." I'd appreciate any suggestions or links to help me get acquainted with Fatsecret. Love reading all your posts and find it helpful. Rose
