Stop Boredom Dieticains Basic guide line given to me.
Free Choice, and Tweekable to healthy eating, you choose Varity, Simple.
How framed for me for prep eating before-during and Matinating after reaching goal weight. You pick your level or levels of Movement (activity, exercise) You choose for you.
For me Diabetic and High Blood Pressure, C-pap, L5-S1 broken back Surgical Fusion, Osteoporosis, Histrectomy Hormone Inbalances, Thyroid/ParaThyroid/ on and on.

Figure the Dream Goal weight you want to be and find the maximum Calorie intake for that weight.

goal: weight 120 dream lbs tweeked to 1,400 calories daily.

No less than 130 carbs daily need this much for brain to function let alone rest of body.

3 meals a day: Less than or at 400 calories, carbs between 30 and 50

SNKS 2 times a day spaced #1 between BKFS,and LNH. #2 Between LNH, and DINR. no more than 100 cals, carb 0 to no 30
This is the frame line.

A note or two 1, if you slip guess what tomarrow you have again 1,400 for all day to Tweek, 2, With the FATSECKRET and some others FOOD DIARY PERFECT TO TRACK health needs like High Blood pressure SODIUM normal no HB=2,000g daily,
fro HB it is 1,500g, you can tweek as needed by writing and logging as accurately as possable every thing you eat.
Tweek for Blood Sugars eat watch BS adjust portions ect as needed for only only you.
Using all resources combined helps emensly Keep Climbing use common sense and Healthy moderation in all you do. Check with your Doc. Before, during, and in Maintaing Goal weight.
And get friendly with how your body reacts to all intake, all enviromental, ect As research on your own will open so many doors, be vigelant DOC. check ups on going.

Due to FATSECKRET Buddies, Journaling found out, our body does NOT act like a balancing Scale, But more like a Thermostat in your house.

The reason for Dream Goal is two fold,
one if it is to constrain, break down to what Doc. recomends if he says no don't,
second I LIKE the Dream and 10# oops! factor to warn against to much gaining after on maintaining weight.

NutriSystems Diet
Hi
I did NutriSystem a long time ago, did very well lost a total of 100#. I kept it off for quite a wile eating mostly salads as a filler. But my activity went down so so. One thing I would suggest Because of your loss in weight your on your way keep at it habit helps. Also get all information you can from them and on the web I have found lots by a simple search. Push thru you can.
