Quit Smoking 11 months ago and agained 20 lbs. I had lost 13 on my own, but then hit a sticking point for 2 months & couldn't lose anymore, and worse yet, gained 5 back over Christmas. I'm shooting to shed the 12 pounds I need to get back to where I was before I quit smoking, plus another 8 for good measure.

Anyone have good snack ideas?
In a large bowl, mix raw broccoli & cauliflower with Kraft Fat FREE shredded cheddar cheese and a ½ cup of sunflower seeds, and/or any other favorite nut of your choice (later, in phase 2, craisins can be added). Then comes the sweet dressing that can alternately be used to sweeten any salad.
Dressing: Mix ½ cup of Miracle Whip Light, with 2 Tablespoons of apple or red wine vinegar, and 1/8th cup of Splenda (or some other sugar substitute). If the consistency is a little too thick for your liking, just add a couple tablespoons of water.
Great as a side dish or all by itself as a snack.
