Hey guys! I guess I should start by saying that I was 260 lbs. (118kg) at my heaviest, and I'm only 5 feet 8 and a half inches tall. That was three and a half years ago, and over the course of a year I successfully lost 80 lbs. (36kg) and completely changed my lifestyle for the better. Though I had had an on and off history with working out and athletics for several years prior, it wasn't until that point in my life, the point where I truly dedicated myself to a solid regiment and didn't fall off after two or three months/, that going to the gym and fitness in general became one of my true loves and highest priorities.
Since then I have had a cutting and a bulking cycle, and am currently on my second ever cutting cycle for the summer of 2016. I'm very happy to say that it's going great so far! My current weight is 172 lbs. (78kg), and that is recorded on Tuesday, 4/19/16, at 1:20 PM just after my work out. My main goal is to be 165 lbs. (75kg) with a waist measuring no more than 31 inches at 10% body fat by the end of June.
I think I'm right on track with where I should be and will be keeping you all updated in the journal section!

Fitness goals and history aside, I'm really a nerd at heart and while I'm definitely not an introvert, I tend to be more of a homebody these days. I love to cook, read, and watch Netflix. Star wars is a big deal to me, recently have gotten into calisthenics, super into language and history as well. My professional goal is to be a teacher or professor one day for linguistics or a foreign language.
I like to feel inspired as often as possible, so I watch a lot of inspirational videos and documentaries on youtube (usually fitness related) while cooking and/or eating breakfast and dinner. Music is a big thing with me as well, and while I enjoy many types of music, if you're a metal head, we'll probably get along great lol. Thanks for checking out my page, lets be buddies :)
