Mexican Egg Scramble

"Scramble eggs and egg whites in a skillet on medium/high heat. Once eggs are mostly set, add potatoes, onions and seasoning, saute until onions are transparent and potatoes are slightly browned. Then turn heat down to low, sprinkle cheese on top, stir and let it all melt together. Serve and enjoy! It's a lot of food for surprisingly little points!!!"
