Ketosis - how do you get in??
by cutting carbs and getting enough healthy fats in your diet, you should be in ketosis and start buring body fat.

but just because you're "in ketosis" doesn't mean you are following a healthy diet. There still needs to be balance of healthy whole foods every day.

celiac disease + south beach diet
Southbeach diet still contains wheat and other gluten containing products. The only "diet" for celiacs is a completely gluten free diet, avoid wheat, barley, and other gluten containing foods.
