My name is Robin, 56, married. I am a breast cancer survivor 2 times. I have gained 50 lbs since I was diagnosed in 2006 and I have to get it off and more. I have got to get healthy and start living and moving and having more fun.

I have 2 sons, 3 grandsons and 2 Havanese Doggies. I live in Newport News VA.

I need help and support.

healthy breakdown
The food pyramid shows how many servings of each food group we should eat. If I can find it, I will copy and paste it to you.

Two dilemmas that are my roadblocks to losing weight. Any help?
You can do it, one day at a time. What are you eating now? I agree with the others, you can find better healthy foods for not much money. The Dr will let you weigh and probaly be excited to help you on this weight loss program. Good luck, drink lots of water, water, water. I just started and 200 is a lot for me. I am determined to do it and I am going to do it.
