@ Icleaner, i tried the calculator, could you explain to me a little more about what it means? my maintenance came up as 3197 calories/day, fat loss as 2558 Calories/day and extreme fat loss as 1918 Calories/day

Thighs and tums!
Wanting to find out if there is any gentle but effective exercises that will lose thigh and tummy blubber! If i tone my legs too much i bulk up and look like Popeye lol! any ideas guys? these are my problem areas, everything else isn't too bad.

Calories!
i do eat a fair bit of fresh fruit and veg, I use healthier cooking oils if I need to and eat less fried food. I very rarely eat chocolate these days because my teeth are so sensitive and i tend to snack on a slice of toasted brown bread or a bit of fruit. however, i got my first compliment today! a girl at college said i looked very well and healthy and asked if i was wearing makeup or had done my hair, which i had done neither this morning! then my college tutor and good friend both said i look really well and a bit slimmer. looks like it's working!!! Smile definately has spurred on some motivation! needs some ideas for losing inches on my thighs and tummy now Smile any ideas? x

Calories!
quick thought, my mums rekons its because i eat late at night. we tend to have tea between 7 and 9 most of the time but the last time i would have eaten would be between 12 and 1. will i need to shift my times around?
