I used to weigh a great deal more...after my 2nd child was born I had lost all that baby weight and was back in clothes I had not visited in 3 years...then I had an implant for birth control and gained 75 pounds in 5 mths...still walking/jogging 2 x per day at 3 miles each time and it just killed me...doc decided it was too dangerous to keep the implant (other risks) and removed it...well my metab. was bust at that point...It took me a year but I lost 80 pounds in '97 just before my 10 yr reunion...(you know u cant go back looking like a cow when you had been a cheerleader b/c all the mean girls had grown into mean women)...I also had a breast reduct. done and so me and "the girls" returned to my class reunion looking great...kept weight off the way i lost it (weight watchers and exercise) for about 3 years...i hated where i lived and ate myself back into 250 pounds...I started back with doing ww on my own and got down to about 225 then rejoined and have been doing it for a couple of months and am now at 214...been walking with a neighbor most evenings for about 30-60 minutes and it comes off much better...good luck to all (motivation~"The Biggest Loser" show)
