What's too much protiens
In my recent research, eating about 1 g per 1 lb of bodyweight is recommended if you're actively trying to build muscle. That's what I'm going for right now.

Honestly on any given day your body might fluctuate plus or minus 5 pounds to to fluid and food product intake and expulsion. I wouldn't worry about it. Track week to week and try to measure at the same time on the same day you do. It'll give you a better idea of the general trend.


That makes sense. My weight has gone up and down a few times and I wondered what was going on.
