i have cancer and a stroke
but they can't get rid of me he he he
doctors said I would be a vegetable !

so, here I am. typing with one finger and one hand working!
i would like tolose some weight as I don't want to be a burden the nurses being too fat ! i had gone up to 110kg but I went down to 60kgs but it is coming back

everyone has their own metabolism to deal with.
it may take another 2 weeks more for you to see any loss.
i love eating, that's my problem!

if I don't eat, going cold turkey isn't going to help me.
by doing the exercises that you are doing and having a diet goal
and staying positive will go towards losing weight.
