My name is Noel. I am a 35 year old father of two. I have been active most of my life. Over the last 10 years a sendentary lifestyle has caused me to balloon up to an uncomfortable weight. As of July 19th I have been doing P90x and I must say I am making great progress. 31 pounds to date!! Currently doing round 2!
