Dynamic Effort - Lower day. Squats were really feeling great today! First time in a while. And the deadlifts were moving faster and smooth, too.

Max Effort - Lower day. I decided to throw in deficit deadlifts. I went about 2"-3" for the deficit. The only reason I'm not exact with it is I add a foam workout pad on top of the 2x4's I laid flat. It compresses as the weight gets heavier. I probably could've done one more set of 3 reps at 405 lbs, but decided to hold off. I almost saw stars on that last set 😂.

Dynamic Effort - Lower (Deadlift) day. I was surprised at how fast 315 lbs moved. While I was warming up, 225 & 275 lbs felt heavy. I almost stuck with either as my working sets. Good thing I didn't.
