Max Effort - Lower day. I decided to throw in deficit deadlifts. I went about 2"-3" for the deficit. The only reason I'm not exact with it is I add a foam workout pad on top of the 2x4's I laid flat. It compresses as the weight gets heavier. I probably could've done one more set of 3 reps at 405 lbs, but decided to hold off. I almost saw stars on that last set 😂.

This morning was another Max Effort - Upper day. I chose banded bench press. I used two of my purple bands to attach to the bar. I looped them under the bench frame just inside the uprights. There was a lot more tension on them than I'd expected. I was able to unrack it, get it steady, and knock out a couple of reps.

Dynamic Effort - Lower (Deadlift) day. I was surprised at how fast 315 lbs moved. While I was warming up, 225 & 275 lbs felt heavy. I almost stuck with either as my working sets. Good thing I didn't.
