What a year, feels good to be back. I have gained some weight, now weighing 111 lbs. My concern isn't my weight gain as much as it is my muscle to fat ratio. I canceled my gym membership because of being temporarily laid off from work and worrying more about money. The worry about money also made me buy cheaper foods, and not the healthy cheap foods either. Luckily the lay off really was temporary to my surprise and I am again, gainfully employed.

Since leaving the gym almost a year ago I felt some flab in places that were once fab and I decided to throw in some exercise, since I don't drive I walk everywhere, I walk nearly 5 miles a day and have for sometime. Because my body is so used to all this walking it does nothing for the muscles in my calves or thighs, like I have hit a wall and need to push harder.

Oh well enough from me, good to see everyone again!
