So almost one week back at it again - and things are going well. Energy's up, bowels calmed, mood and outlook bright. (too bad Kathy's miss negative and poopy lately, kinda bringing me back down again).

yeah yeah, new year resolution bs. but - some effort is better than none. going to try P90x a second time. when i stuck to it last year for a full month i did lose good weight and get in better shape. let my roommates quit on me and my motivation left with them. now - planning it alone so that i don't get let down and use that as an excuse to stop myself. here goes. back up to a soft 195 again. hoping to reach a lean 175.

4 weeks until I return to new york for the holidays. thanksgiving killed me, i had no idea. weight wise i have been stable, but i've gotten, .... er, soft. i couldn't wear my dress pants to work and am delegated still to scrubs. gotta drop this "fluff". uh. P90X, you're back again.

Back from San Diego vacation, very unhealthy vacation that is. 5 months ago i meant to start exercising for this past vacation, and failed miserably. But that doesn't mean not bother trying again. Worked out this morning for first time in awhile, nearly threw up. felt great later though. Trying to plan meals for the full month of june (not necessarily healthy, just planned for cost reasons).
Today was spicy roasted tomato and pepper soup with pepper creme and french bread. Delicious! Probably not that healthy though considering how much olive oil was used, but definately not a McD's meal calorie hit at least. Lets see how working out regularly and realistic food choices do for my weight...

Last week a total no-go. Went to Vegas, Superbowl weekend, lots of eating and boozing and inactivity. Weight was up to 194 i believe, but it's trending back down after 2-3 days of working again and normal eating. I plan to get back into a normal routine yet again, would love to lose another 10 pounds, but i think i'm at the real weight loss now, so that is unlikely to come easy.
