56 years young, Lost 45 pounds since 2018. Trying to tackle these last stubborn 20 pounds. WOE is CICO, emphasis on adequate protein and foods that I consider healthy for me. Learned over the years that food is not my enemy but rather fuel for my well being. I still eat all my favorite foods, I just learned to recreate them a bit healthier. One of the best things I could have done for myself was adding weight training to my life. I am working
on becoming the strongest, best possible version of myself, while trying to grow old gracefully. 💪
