I think perhaps due to the stress from my job (and the odd cake and treat thrown in!) as well as maybe the ageing process (I hit 60 recently), the pounds have been a stealthily increasing lately, and I feel it's time to get a grip on the situation! Today I've decided to jump back on the intermittent fasting bandwagon! Starting tomorrow, I'm gonna eat from 11am to 6pm. No calories at all outside those hours, but black coffee, herbal teas etc are permitted, as well as water of course. In the eating time, I'll probably eat about the same as I have been (not a huge amount, and generally 5-a-day (fruits and veggies). In the past I've found this regime has helped me to lose weight, so it's time to try it again. Hence I might not use this site much (as there's no need to do a lot of calorie counting with IF), but I could check back now and again with weight updates, for your information!
