what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
Iam 62 years old and I am 5'2. I weigh about 138. My goal weight is 130. I was there about three months ago and that is because I did not eat much.

Strength exercises
Today I did some strength exercises. I do them every other day. Especially for my right arm since I have tendonitis.
