I have two kids and work at home at a desk job so yea I don't do a lot of walking around unfortunately! But recently I have started getting in walks with my girls between jobs enjoying that sunshine that we get 300 days out of the year!

NOT Weight but inches
Lately I haven't been loosing any weight but I have been getting thinner in general around my hips, waist and thighs.... has anyone herd of this because my weight has stayed exactly the same?

Dose running after your kids count as exercise? If so I should loose a ton of weight fast LOLOL Laughing

the Beginning
Hi, I work odd hours I started today @ 2:30 am and get off @ 6 am! I then go back to work from 3 pm till 8 pm. I'm trying to get in exercise but I don't know when I can do that. I barely eat anymore so I'm probably not even getting the correct calories I'm getting on here to get help and advice I do take my little girls out for a walk when I wake up after the first job so I do get the very little exercise they are young children and I live in vegas so it can't be for long right now in the summer which we have only 10 min till skin damage from the sun so it is hard to figure out how to get in a work out when I don't have the necessary tools to do so. Any suggestions?
