I was a chubby kid until I began swimming in 7th grade. For years I was in amazing shape and could eat whatever I wanted. However, as I got older and eventually stopped swimming, I gained nearly 30 pounds. Now, I'm running and working on nutrition to get me down to a healthier weight so I feel better and look better. I just need to beat my sweet tooth...
