36 yo, live in las vegas, representative helping people get social security disability. can be quite stressful at times, working a lot of hours sometimes. have some depression, tend to be an emotional eater and do okay during the day but binge at night.
had daughter in 1999, lost about 40 lbs, down to 210 (pre preg was 180), then just ballooned right up. went to 299. lost weight down to 259 with exercise/diet (felt like I was killing myself to do that). then gained some back to 280.
tried weight watchers, not my thing . . . i know how to eat, doing it is a whole nother story.
i know i should exercise (have yoga mats, weights, elliptical machine, bowflex machine, physical therapy ball, My Fitness Coach for the Wii but again DOING it is the problem. Hate exercising, will just have to grin and bear that.
Currently on phentermine with TrimCare/Ivan Goldstein MD, in vegas. & using the Food Lovers for Fat Loss eating plan. (not diet!)
Hoping just to get to 180 and feel somewhat normal and clothes for "women" suck. HAVE TO DO THIS this time or I give up! (& that is not really an option.)
