Last year, i lost 85 kgs to 70! My success was to maintain that weight in whole year without gaining it back.

However, through the summer, i gained 4 kgs! Now, is time to be back to my weight loss journey. I want to reach 60 kgs! Yes baby i can!

I am just very simple person. Enjoying every moment of my life. I am 22 years old. Working with arts all time. artist+college student.

You can do both! However, if you want to workout before, keep it an hour before the break of the fast, so you don't feel thirsty. or do light workouts before like slow walking. After the break of the fast, workout after 2 hours of your meal, don't workout with heavy stomach.

FEET?
I had experience feet pain during workouts but then i realized is because of the way i workout & type of shoes. You should make sure that your shoes is fit for your type of feet & workout. Also, make sure that you are doing the right steps of the workout. I advice you to try different kind of workouts then or by finding better shoes for your feet. if u feel pain in your feet more than 3 days, make sure to check it with a doctor.

Can I edit Calories per day
Estimated calories are always based on your weight & height. when i was 78 kgs, i was eating 1800 cals & losing weight! & now am eating 1500 due to my weight changes. is all based on your body. I advice you to try couple of days & then decrease it or keep your RDI. but don't eat less than 1200 cals!

Thats a good choice! You always need to change your food plan. Eating the same food each day, will lead you to binge or feeling bored from your healthy journey!
