Help......cravings...
Just add more good fat to your diet, such as coconut oil (2 Tbsp twice a day), avocado (2 a day). It helps to kill all desire to eat any baked goods.

CRAVING SOMETHING SWEET...BUT HAVE BEEN ON LOW CARB FOR 3 MONTHS ?
Try to add more good fat to your diet - coconut oil, avocado, olives/olive oil, butter, cheese.
