I'm on my way!!
Liver enzymes have been high for the last six months. Have seen cardiologist, gastro and blood doctor. Now gastro is running new tests.
On a good note, ate very clean today and plan small meal for dinner.

Thanks for the post. Yes, I have very high blood pressure even on meds and being tested next week for liver problems possibly.

I'm on my way!!
Well today I began this new journey. I need to lose 25 pounds (finally yelled at by my doctor!). No fattening foods today and pray! no wine tonight!
