Well, after nearly 40 years of eating whatever I've wanted, I finally made a decision to do something about my weight, and shed some pounds. Married, with 2 kids, so time to workout isn't a luxury. It will have to be something that I MAKE a priority though, and I'm actually looking forward to seeing some results. Summer is coming, and I'm hoping by the time I turn 40 in August, that I'll be in the best shape of my life. Not lowest weight, but healthiest. Interested in sharing tips and stories with others that have similar goals.

If I were thin, I'd...
- be able to shop anywhere, and not big and tall.
- not hear my stairs and floorboards creak so much.
- ride theme park rides with more comfort.
- feel healthier, and be able to hopefully live longer.
- enjoy a decadent meal ocassionally, and not almost daily.
- do things I enjoy longer without getting worn out.
- not have to pay $2 more for XXL t-shirts.
