I was always a very small and petit person. However when I turned 30 I just started to gain weight. At my heaviest I weighed 109kgs. Then when I was 33 I started on a strict 1200 cals diet and managed to loose 59kg in 13months. I kept the weight off just by eating healthly, however due to health issues I had to use cortizone and in the last 2 years and gained weight. I weight 96kgs at the end of March and started my 1200 cals a day diet again. Hoping to get down to 55kgs by August 2013.

Eat, Fast, Live Longer!
Thx...I didnt record all my food intake from yesterday yet but I think I hit the 1200 yesterday. Ill try doing it again today. I just split my lunch and dinner into to and I eat the 2 halves about 45 minutes apart. Just to clarify I used to be very petit and small but super muscular till I started using cortizone for 2 years. I am trying to get back to where I was before the whole of me turned into two of me. I want to get my BMI down to 10 by next year because my goal is to do an IFBB comp in April. I trying the fast again tommorow so I let you know how it goes.

Thx for the advise, however at the moment on a normal day I eat basicaly exactly the same thing at exactly the same time everyday, but as I mentioned to draglist on normal days I cant seem to finish a full meal. Kingkeld said that he feels that he has more energy on fast days, I felt truely useless today. So if it is because I dont consume enough cals on a normal day, how do I get to a point where I can do the fasting.

Hi Draglist,
I am trying to loose more in a week. Fat that is an not muscle mass, so I am struggling to do 1200 calories a day as I feel full before I finish a meal. If calorie fasting will help to loose more in a week then I want to obviously give it a try. So the point is that Im trying to loose as much as possible without loosing muscle mass.

Okay so I tried doing low cals today after watching the vid but I had a terrible day...battled with concentration...felt nervous and out of sorts all day. I dont know if its because I cant seem to consume my full cals on a normal day. Do you think I should try and do 8 meals on a normal day so I can get my full 1200 calories and then attempt the fast day again? Or do you perhaps have any other advise....

Hi I was on meds and picked up almost my ideal body weight in 2 years. I have been following a 1200 calorie a day eating plan for the last 2 months and have lost about half of the weight already. I must admit though that I dont really eat 1200 avarage a day. More like 900 to 1000 cals a day. Not because I am fasting but because I dont feel hungry. I only have 1 cheat meal in a week and on my cheat day I consume about 1300. Does it qualify as fasting. I have 5 meals a day my first meal at 7 in the morning and then a snack at about 10 in the evening as I am normally up till late. I normally only get to bed at about 2 in the morning. I battle to finish a meal hence the low cal intake. Do you have any advise on this.
