Fasting with One Meal a Day during the Week
Hi Christine you do not need ketone strips if you make sure your firstly not eating any sugar including fruit and root vegetable ...secondly if you put your height weight and age and the recommended body fat you will be given a calorie amount and a breakdown of fat. protein and carbs to eat and I guarantee you will lose at least 7 lbs per week All sugars turn to fat and when in ketosis your body burns fat even for sedentary people like my self ....

I am losing a lb a day by cutting out all sugars except the red wine at weekends (got to have a treat) ....I do not eat fruit or root vegetables which are high in Fructose....All sugar turns to stored fat where as good fats go straight to your liver for processing and excreted out.....Also look at fasting days as it is a good way of burning stored fat

Hi ...I am so glad to see some-one who is achieving so well on IF and LCHF it encourages me that my research shows that this was the best...I went on the to get my macros and this month it recommends I eat around 770 calories to keep in ketosis and that to eat no more than 25g of carbs (from low carb vegetables) I look forward to following you if this is ok

Fasting with One Meal a Day during the Week
Anyone else fasting - I am with my one meal to consist of 70% fat 25% protein and 5% carbs ....No Fructose or Sucrose or Glucose at all.....Fat does not turn to fat - sugar does. I also eat only organic and avoid animal milk and milk products
