I am 65 years old. I have five kids and 10 grandchildren. I have been working out most of my life. Started after my first child at age 19. I have done two body building shows. One at age 43 and the other at age 49. I stopped working out for 3 years and just started up again on my birthday almost 3 years ago. It feels so good to be back! I found a great Hormone doctor in my area. I do pellet bio identical therapy, and I feel great and am losing wt. again.my diet is high good fat, medium protein, low carb no starch and I do intermittent and extended fasting. Try to have only 1 cooked meal a day and I love deserts so once a month I go for it!💜

Low fat diet due to gallstones
I have had gallstones for 20+ years. I have a gallbladder/liver cleanse i do once a year. I am on a high fat medium protein, low carb. I also do intermittent fasting. When i was young a did a lot of dieting, i think it was the non fat dieting caused the issue. Your gallbladder gets lazy so the bile doesnt get pushed out and stones form.

Interval
Another really good thing to do to get results is do everything interval. What I mean is don't eat the samething everyday or do the same workout day in and day out. You have to keep your body on it's toes. One day low calorie and one day a little higher. Heart rate up then down, up than down. Pretty simple when you keep tracked on this site.
