I had lost 40lbs before finding out I was pregnant, and during pregnancy gained it all back!! I still have 20lbs to go to hit my pre-pregnancy weight, and another 30 after that to hit my goal!!

I haven't got a clue...I know the two LAWL plans went by different things one #'s and one colors. IF the portions are larger...prob not.

This is probably a long shot, but since the centers here are closed I'm working of a portion guide that's several years old. I am currently using the "gold" plan. I know the books have been updated b/c while I was nursing and weeks before the centers closed, the center gave me a "red" guide that was greatly updated.
I'm not sure what the "gold" plan translates into in the other LAWL program, but it's the program where proteins are 3-6 oz, and you get 2 starches, 1 dairy, 3 fruits and 3 veggies. If anyone has an updated book I'd LOVE to have it. I'll happily paypal you the shipping costs.
I'm also looking for a Purple book as well. I think the protein sizes are smaller..I remember chicken portions were reduced to 4 oz, and I think you got fewer fruits and veggies too...not sure. I was only on the plan briefly before getting pregnant, and the book is long gone.

Thanks in advance..of if you know what plans these translate into and can get a couple from your counsellor that would be awesome!!Very Happy

Anyone?? You just drink that stuff for 2 days? I was about to do fast fwd when the center closed..I had picked up the juice..but was supposed to get instructions the next week...there was no center to go back to. Somebody knows how it works...
