I am a married mother of two. I work full time, go to school part time, and work out as often as I can fit it in. My family and I are avid boaters, and while I would like to say that I'm trying to get in shape for my health, the truth is that I want to be able to confidently wear a bikini during boating season. :)

Weight Watchers
I didn't join WW formally. You can get all the books on ebay and also try half.com - they have a bunch of the cookbooks for $.75. I'm about 3 weeks in and I have a pretty good handle on the points that are in the things I like to eat - and I downloaded a listing of the points in the most popular fast foods - if I can find the link I'll post it - it's a pretty comprehensive list - 27 pages from Arbys to McDonald's to Starbucks to Dunkin Donuts - you get the idea.

Normal healthy eaters?
I've looked at that comparison a few times, and by the time I put my breakfast in I'm already over what everyone else has. I just don't look at it anymore. I couldn't figure out the formula of how it was comparing me - so I stopped trying. Your own results are your best tracking tool - don't worry about what the website says.
