Try to get there as early as you can to get a good spot. You'll love it I promise.

Ur so right! It's more fun than walking or running. And if you have a good group that goes...the better!

Thanks! My sister is definitely being good to me. Except for the days that she has cheesecake and punishes us. hahahaha But it's for our own good. Very Happy

You can definitely make it thru the class. My sister's class is "advanced"...and I say that b/c I have been to other instructors classes and they were kind of basic. But I bring my friends...of all sizes and we give it our best. We might not look cute while dancing...but we feel great. And it's burning calories.. it's awesome. Just try it once.

ZUMBA I recently started doing Zumba about 3 weeks ago. It's fun! And boy is it a work out...and the cool part is my sister is the instructor. Not that she takes it easy on me. If anything she is harder on me. I've been alternating zumba w/walking/jogging. I've also been doing crunches at home. I feel great. I just joined my fat secret today b/c a friend at a workshop told me about it. But so far I have lost 15 pounds! Yay me!
