getting bored with this! Yikes!
What are your goals for weight loss? 2 lbs a week is safe and healthy but if you are undereating your body may think it is "starving" and goes into fat mode. Try cutting carbs so the fat is burned instead, carbs feed the fat. (I stay under 20 carbs) It's not forever but a quick way to see results and this site helps you track your progress.

maintaining weigh loss with low carb eating
Try to look at it as low carb, not no carbs! I try to stay under 20 carbs a day and this site gives you all the motivation to make that happen. I also do intermittent fasting (just water, tea in the am) then lunch and light dinner. Also fast 2x times a week (i will have a big mid day meal) then fast until the next mid day meal but will only do that until the weight is gone. Working with my doctor and he is helping me understand that when my weight is moving up to apply these principals and my body will re-align to where I want to be.
Good luck! Taking care of the kids is 24hrs and hopefully to get a break now and then to take care of the mama!

Keto help !!!
I have vegtables and some fruit (mostly raspberries with yogurt and sliced almonds) I would talk to your doctor and balance your meal plans so your a eating healthy meals with a range of colorful vegtables! Leafy greens cucumbers summer squash (green & yellow) red onions! So many choices in the veggie aisle. Just avoid the really starchy food like potatoes, rice, pasta, corn. You can be creative and really enjoy each meal and feel good as well! Good luck.

Results with Keto Meal Plan
Elle I have been on Keto thru my doctors recomondation and find it is easy to adapt. Mostly vegtables and protein. This site is helpful to see what it all looks like in each category. My goal is to stay under 20 percent of carbs a day but if it is higher don't beat yourself up. It was a learning curve and avoid corn. potatoes and starchy vegtables and go for the leafy greens, cucumber summer squashes green beans and the like. Good luck.
