Keto help !!!
I have vegtables and some fruit (mostly raspberries with yogurt and sliced almonds) I would talk to your doctor and balance your meal plans so your a eating healthy meals with a range of colorful vegtables! Leafy greens cucumbers summer squash (green & yellow) red onions! So many choices in the veggie aisle. Just avoid the really starchy food like potatoes, rice, pasta, corn. You can be creative and really enjoy each meal and feel good as well! Good luck.

Results with Keto Meal Plan
Elle I have been on Keto thru my doctors recomondation and find it is easy to adapt. Mostly vegtables and protein. This site is helpful to see what it all looks like in each category. My goal is to stay under 20 percent of carbs a day but if it is higher don't beat yourself up. It was a learning curve and avoid corn. potatoes and starchy vegtables and go for the leafy greens, cucumber summer squashes green beans and the like. Good luck.

Sleep on keto
Started Keto first of the year and its a learning curve but go to the Doctor and get a physical so you understand what your body is going thru. Some health plans offer a supervised program with your nutritionist working with you and it will keep me honest. Also committed to a daily workout at my local gym. It helps to have all the support you can get so good luck and things can get better.
