Ketogen diet
I'm still finding it difficult to know what to cook to stay in 20, but with 30 I have tested twice already and been in ketosis and have lost weight (also because it's hipocaloric). Let's see how it goes, after all I'm in week 4.

Ketogen diet
This is interesting. I thought that for keto diet I had to eat less than 30g of carbs a day. Do we have a clear idea on what is the carb approximate limit?
I've been doing keto for 4 weeks now, with good results (just didn't know that this site existed) and keeping it under 30g, but today I did not realise and had 41g. Do you think that is enough to take me out of ketosis? I will have to do the test tomorrow again.
