This is the last day of phase 1. I weighed myself today and am down 7lbs.(Yeah) I didn't find it hard to follow at all. The only thing I cheated on is coffee, I found it hard to give up my morning coffee, but otherwise the plan was very easy. I am looking forward to having some fish and lean meats. Happy Smashing and keep up the good work everyone.

Just getting back from vacation. Knew I would be going to hell with my diet. Now I have to focus on eating better and getting back on track.

I have this week before I go to New York to see my family. I would like to lose a few more pounds before Saturday, but with the holiday coming up(4th of July) I don't know. My friends invited my husband and I for a barbecue and then to watch fireworks. I will be trying my best--I also find exercising is helping a lot. I switch off between my treadmill and my bicycle and I do my ab lounger. Also drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day.

Does anybody else feel tired and sluggish on this diet. I thought when you stay away from carbs it would have just the opposite effect on you. I find I am taking more cat naps during the day.
