Which is better EFS or FS? The only difference I see from the article published in womans day magazine is that there is no detox phase and you get more of a variety for snacks.

I'm sort of surprised that I did stay the same. My mother is here for the labor day weekend and I had a few things I should not have had like pita bread, italian ices,peanut butter flavor but sugar free. My portions were more than they should have been, but I did drink an enormous amount of water. I guess that is what saved me. Next week will be a better week for me, b/c I will stay on track.

After loosing 7 pounds on the detox phase, one pound is a little disappointing but at least it is going in the right direction.

On phase two of the diet it states that you are allowed to have tuna, does that include canned tuna in water?

I have been following the Atkins diet but got tired of eating only proteins. I needed more variety. I heard good things about the fat smash diet and it has all the foods I like. I finished my detox and lost a whopping 7 pounds. So far so good.
