Easy Recipes for Blood Type A Diet Plan
Yellow Squash And Mushrooms with olive oil, salt, pepper etc. (i really love thyme) in a skillet until cooked how you like-then add in a handful of cooked pasta-super yummy

bean sprouts and mushrooms added into a miso soup broth (really cheap and organic at whole foods) and a side of cucumber with cut-up red onion and little bit of feta with a sauce of balsamic vinegar/oliveoil/salt/pepper

a bag of organic ravioli at whole foods is $4 and it's good for two meals, so cook half and toss with cherry tomatoes and onions and some shredded mozzerella cheese if you like

whole or multi graid bread with a spread of laughing cow cheese, some tomatoes and arugula with balsamic dressing

tofu i like to either crumble or slice into pieces and cook on the stove with some seasoning and i can eat that plain as a side, or put into a vegetable broth or miso soup. some people like it on salads.
i also drink tea all day long, cup after cup and it keeps down an appetite.
