I went nuts yesterday. I ate everything in sight. I was at my mother in laws house and she is such an amazing cook, and since I hadnt even had much luck with my diet I decided one day of bein lenient on myself wasnt too bad. I have not cheated once since I started. So, Im back to normal today.....feeling kinda shitty and bloated from all the sweets and bread etc, but so satisfied that I got it out of my system. I gotta say im pretty proud of myself, even in my time of weakness yesterday, my normal serving of "2-3 scoops" of just about everything, had been naturally reduced to about 1/2 a scoop of anything I decided to eat. It was just as delicious in a smaller quantity. I think thats how normal people eat food. Delicious foods in moderation. Oh, the mysteries of overeating, the perils of life with the fat gene.
