why is it tracking sleeping calories burned and resting calories in my exercise?
I agree, leave them. Depending on your height, weight, muscle mass etc. a person can burn between 1500-3000 calories a day through, breathing, organ function, metabolic burn etc.
Like Bodicea said, just put your exercise instead of rest and you can see how much you have burned. Good luck!

light weight training
Congrats Stacey for your motivation. I have one suggestion for Yoga. If you can't afford to go to classes regularly (I know I can't as they are very expensive), I do highly recommend to go to at least 1 or 2 and ask the instructor before hand to keep an eye on your positioning. It is hard to see if you are doing it correctly when you start because you can't see your own body Smile Then you can easily get videos on line or on dvd that you can use at home.

Any Ladies get the Depo shot??
I was on it in uni (6 years ago)then I read tons of info about it causing a loss of bone density, which really scared me, so I stopped taking it. I didn't have any side effects, besides never having a period while on it. I just suggest you do your research and make the most informed decision. That was 6 years ago for me, so it might have changed since then, but loss bone density is a horrible infliction, that I did not want to speed up!

I have a question about Ketosis and back pain
I am not sure what your pain is specifically, but one thing that I experienced in induction was constipation, which caused back pain. I am assuming the pain came from overloading of my intestines. After awhile the constipation was gone, and I felt much better.

HOW DO I FIT EATING MORE OFTEN IN SMALL PORTIONS WHILE WORKING?
I agree with Kingkeld, it is all in preparation. I am a teacher so most days, it is hard to find time to have proper breaks. I bought a bunch of small plastic containers and prepare my lunch and snacks the night before. Some things that I put in the containers are cottage cheese with berries, celery/cucumber sticks, almonds, cheese slices. I am doing Atkins which promotes high-fat foods. I can eat these snacks quickly on the little time I have, and the 'good' fats in them keep me going through teaching high school students! I have a bag full of containers each day, but it really helps.
Hope this helps!!
