Finding Time During School
Hello! I'm Melly! I've been gone forever because my email set everything from here to spam and wouldn't even let me set it to being not spam, and I just got it figured out.

I started college on August 22nd, and I had lost 3 pounds the first week of being here. I was pretty excited, but I still feel like I need to lose more/tone up, because I'm not comfortable where I am.

I recently acquired Slim in Six, and while I heard it works if you stick with it, I have absolutely no idea how to find the motivation or the time to do it. We have a fantastic gym here on campus, only I'm too self conscious to actually go to the gym. I also really want to learn how to do handstands and cartwheels, but I'm having a hard time with that, too.

I was just wondering what are some good tips/tricks to finding the motivation to work out when life seems so busy all the time
