I am 85 years old and live in Jacksonville Fl. I love to eat and have had problems ever since I was a teen ager. Lots of yoyoing!!! I am retired and love every minute of not having to go to work. I worked for a group of Radiologists for many years and retired when I was 65, but went back to work for them part time for another couple of years. I am a widow, have four children, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. I live with my daughter and son-in-law. I am an active American Business Women, Red Hater and a love scrapbooking. Love to travel and been on many cruises. I still drive and always ready to go at the drop of a hat.

Off the Wagon..
Hi, I'm Mary and I just started the diet yesterday --- NOT a good day to start -- a cookout in the afternoon really is not the thing to do on your first day !! But today Istarted out good with an early morning walk and watching everything I eat. Tomorrow I will go to the gym and do water arobics and hopefully I keep doing this 3x/week.
