This new WOE is working!!!!!

Protein little too low. Having to watch how much hoping have enough till payday!

Today was a DD. Needed 800 kcals got 761. Not bad day. I feel good. Losing slow, but thats okay. After losing over 130 I think I am doing great. After the first of next month, I will be doing some better planning on my food choses.

So so far everything is going great!

I am doing Atkins. Have lost 130 pounds. Weight loss stopped for too many months to remember. I was doing 72, DADR Induction. Have been doing it for 17 months. Soooo

I started a new woe to make weight loss start again. And it is working.

Lost almost 2 pounds so far.
I may have to cut back on DD.
Gona take this slow and get it right......

Starting my new plan today. OWL. First rung. I can and will do this!

Several days ago I changed my stats so I could help a friend figure her kcals out. This is the huge dip in weight you will see in my chart...
