Am I the oly one trying to gain weight?
just follow the standard american way of life:
1) do everything but really everything by car. Also if it just around the corner.
2) do not eat healthy, it must be fried, preferaby with tons of ketchup
3) why walk into a mc donalds if you can drive thru?
4) refuse any hamburger that doesn`t contain any additional bacon
5) try to eat as many carbs as you can, especially late at night just before sleeping.
If you do all this, I am pretty sure you will gain weight ASAP

when stop doing excercise your metabolism changes and if you won`t change your diet you will simply gain weight

exactly, it all depends on your program, however I see best results with high fat, moderate protein and low carb. Carbs make you fat, especially eating them late at night!

Losing an average of 15 lbs a month
This is quite a lot however, first loss is more water then actual fat. Over time you will therefore lose less and less.
