I am currently 30 something year old single mom of one, who currently resides in Orlando, FL.

After a roller-coaster of medical reasons keeping me from the body that I wanted and having my son, I decided to toss out the rule book and do my own thing! While I do have some limitations and modifications for working out goes hand-in-hand with that, I am determined to live a healthy and fun life with my son.

While doing a lot of things on my own, I still manage to need some motivational support from family and friends, as well as complete strangers that may be experiencing the same things I am.

I am getting back into being strictly paleo - why? because I lost 25 pounds in 5 months AND got completely off of soda because of that...and daily supplements. Little did I know, that my metabolism was really SLOW!

But, back to my routine...follow me...I'll follow you back! Join my group and let's motivate each other to the lifestyles we want!

lol!

I can leg press about 215 and then having to watch a guy try to do more, I got quite a decent ab workout from laughing so hard when he couldn't do it. lol

I think a good rule for the gym is for the owner to not yell at you and tell you you're putting him "in a spot" when you tell him you lost your job and can't afford the membership anymore. That's what happened to me. It's just bad customer service, I think. lol.

lol
I've been there too...But i found a gym for $10 a month instead of the $95.
