I'm a 57 year old woman with Multiple Sclerosis. Sitting in a power chair for 10 years packed the pounds on. I'm exercising on my good days and watching what I eat very diligently.

I've listed the links I use for reference below so I don't loose them:

If you like to eat out, here's good link to check the Nutrition lable for the meals according to restaurant:

What's to hide? Fat is fat and at least we take the initiative to correct our circumstances. I think it would be an inspiration and informative as to how people ACTUALLY diet... and what works and what doesn't.

nutrition facts help
I had a similar situation with cupcakes at a gathering. Just have your cake. Scrape off the frosting if you must. One instance isn't going to harm your diet. Smile Enjoy. (chances are you won't enjoy it that much if you have been off sugar for awhile)

Protein Shakes
It's better just to make your own. See my food diary to see what I had for lunch. Take a moment and precut your ingredients, put them in a sandwich bag and then you will be ready to just plop them in the blender with two cups of ice and blend. Very quick.

Plataus and the 1200 Kcal RDI
I'm averaging 1200 Kcal a day. I know this is low. I've never been a big eater, I've just eaten the wrong stuff. At least I've gone from one meal a day to 3 Smile

I know I will eventually plateu soon. How can I avoid this? By having irreguar RDIs to fool the metabolism?

*I'm a 57 yr old femle at 5'7 and sedentary

Please answer via email as I don't want to miss the suggestions. Smile
