I have been doing so well! I haven't been great at recording how much food I've been eating, but I have been eating super clean - no sugar, no carbs (except fruit and veggies) and no alcohol...until last night. I decided that I could have a margarita since I've been so good.
Big mistake.
I woke up this morning after a horrible sleep with such a headache, bloated stomach, unhappy poop (yup, I said that!) and just feeling hazy and not very good. Since I made my super nutritious dinner at home, I have to assume that it was all of that sugar and alcohol that made me feel so crappy. I'm not doing that again! Well, not for awhile anyway. And not with a margarita. Too much sugar. I miss my glass of wine and hope that when I do have a glass I won't end up feeling like I do right now! In the mean time, back to no alcohol! I have made too much progress to mess up now!

In other news...it is getting soooooo hot here in Phoenix! We are under an extreme heat warning as it might hit 120* this weekend!!! One Hundred and Twenty Degrees!!! I've been trying to get up early to take my super energetic dog out for a walk, but its 90* by 8:30 am! Not sure I'm going to be able to get up earlier since I work nights...maybe I should teach the dog to use my treadmill!!! :)
