I'm 28 years old and recently just got under 180 pounds for the first time since I was 18. I started Mountain biking to supplement my running and working out and now I am an avid bicyclist. I absolutely love it. I used to loathe working out now I hate rest days because I don't get to lift lol. How much things have changed since January is amazing to me.
Even though I hit my current goal weight my journey is not complete. I still want to get to ~10% body fat percentage and hopefully I can do that within the year.
