I am 54 years old, I am 4 foot 9 inches tall and I weigh 268 pounds. It is extremely hard for me to lose weight. The Atkins work better for me than anything else but my legs, feet and hands swell from being on it. I am looking for something simple to help me lose weight and lose 75 pounds in 145 days. I am on a mission. I will try counting calories and try not to go over 900 calories a day. I have limited income, therefore I cannot afford high priced grocery items. Because of acid reflux, there are a lot of things I cannot have and I am allergic to citrus fruit like tomatoes, grapefruits, oranges, peaches, plums, apricots and watermelon. Please no negative comments, if you are not going to give helpful positive comments, then please keep it to yourself. Just because something comes to your mind, it does not mean it should roll of your tongue. Some things are better left un-said especially if it is going to hurt another person feelings. YES I am sensitive at this point because I am really trying desperately to lose weight. I have a back injury but I can exercise a little bit.
