Day 12 -6 lbs weight loss
Yes, use the food tracker- I have started eating more vegetables today. Less cheese and processed meats. Just the meats were easier to do at work. See how i do for a few days. Just had a salad with vegetables and a little bit of chicken. Feel starving already... head games gotta love them!

Day 12 -6 lbs weight loss
I am on Day 12 (Induction) and have lost 6 lbs. I read that most lose 15 lbs, am I doing something wrong? I am on fatsecret as Litlbex - can anyone help me out?
