Been overweight all of my life. Stopped smoking January 15, 2012. I tried South Beach Diet on and off for several years now. It works if I stay on it. It seem 2 weeks in Phase II I just abandon. Now on Herbal Magic since March 19th, 2012 At the cost of it, I don't really want to cheat otherwise I will only cheat my husband wallet. Doing Curves Circuit and Zumba couple times a week.

Need a break
Good day. I have been on Herbal Magic diet since March 19th of this year. I have been following this diet to a Tee. As soon as I do something different I gain 3 to 4 pounds right back. After 10 weeks of stringent diet I am just sick and tired of the deprivation. My contract with them finishes in 2 weeks.

Anyone has an idea how to get my motivation back on track for the last sprint?
